Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort Hotel – Hotel near airport in Fort Lauderdale

The hotel covered the basics decently but could have been better. The rooms were beside a lot of traffic, possibly drug dealers, which made it hard to sleep. We even spotted a rat running down the pool rail, which was quite a scare. The service, except for the bartender who was helpful, could have been better. The location was second to none, close to the beach, but the dining options were limited and not impressive.

The hotel had some issues with the rooms being old and noisy, but the service was excellent. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the dining experience was below par. Despite these issues, we found some comfort in other facilities and services.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the rooms, despite being a bit outdated, were still very good considering the price and location. However, the constant traffic outside, including what seemed like drug dealers, was concerning. Additionally, the presence of rats at the pool and the argumentative bartender were definite drawbacks. On the bright side, the location was convenient for our needs, and the bar provided a welcoming atmosphere - even if it didn't close on time!
